Our companies’ point of view is that, the key to our hotel’s success lies in our ability to determine the needs of our target markets and to satisfy those needs better than the competitors because for us, it reflects company’s commitment to customer satisfaction.
To justify our decisions on targeting the market, we distributed a questionnaire among several individuals and derived conclusions based on them. According to the results we obtained we thought of targeting at: - both local and foreign high and middle income business travellers, leisure travellers, families and honeymoon couples.
